Instructors and Body Workers
Many Stillpoint instructors work at our parent company, Spring Hill Physical Therapy. Others live and practice in the surrounding communities and take advantage of our beautiful studio space to hold ongoing classes or one-time events. All of them are highly skilled in their respective fields with many years of training, apprenticeship, and hands-on experience.
Pilates Instructors
All of the Pilates-certified instructors at Stillpoint Studios have completed comprehensive Pilates training programs focused specifically on rehabilitation and health, enabling them to bring a strong foundational base to the classes and individual sessions. Many of the instructors are also licensed physical therapists with a knowledge of anatomy and physiology that enables them to easily recognize and address each client's unique physical challenges. The instructors often employ a combination of apparatus and mat work to create well-rounded programs that include strengthening, conditioning, and/or rehabilitation, and result in significantly increased body awareness.
