Kimberly Arnett,
P.T.A. has been practicing physical therapy since 1991. After graduating from Cerritos College, she has worked in a wide range of therapy including; sports and orthopedics, myofascial release, muscle-energy work, neuro-rehabilitation and CranioSacral therapy. She is also a certified Pilates practioner trained through Polestar; she teaches 'Healthy Spine' and mat classes. Kimberly enjoys traveling, gardening and kayaking.

Sheri Cutter, physical therapist and co-owner of Spring Hill PT and Stillpoint Studios, is a Certified Pilates instructor and has completed training in both Polestar and ITT Pilates. Polestar and ITT have an emphasis on rehabilitation, but the latter also has a very creative mind-body focus, which suits Sheri's style of working and teaching. Sheri integrates body awareness, stretching, visualizations & imagery, as well as a very personalized approach to exercise in all her classes

Tawny Bridge-Pope, Physical Therapist, graduated from Sonoma State University with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Biology and in 2000 earned a Master of Physical Therapy degree from Eastern Washington University. She has completed her training for her certification in Pilates through Pilates and Beyond and is a Level 1 certified trainer of the Gyrotonic Expansion System®. Tawny played inter-collegiate basketball at Sonoma State and has a special interest in athletics. She enjoys running, horseback riding, mountain biking, snowshoeing and snowboarding.

Haven Caravelli, has been a dancer for 26 years, and has taught dance for the past 15. She knows first hand the importance of core strength for posture, balance and wellness. Haven became certified in Pilates through ITT and has been teaching it for the past year. She is available for private sessions, in which she emphasizes individualized goals and the healing potential of Pilates.

Enneagram Instructors

Marion Gilbert has been practicing Physical Therapy for 28 years and is
the co-owner of a well established Physical Therapy Practice integrating traditional and complimentary therapies as well as a moving arts center in Grass Valley, CA. She has trained extensively in Cranio-Sacral Therapy, Somato-Emotional Release and Trauma Resolution Therapy. She has been actively using the Enneagram personally and professionally for the past eight years and is a Certified Enneagram Instructor
of the Helen Palmer, David Daniels Narrative Tradition. Her personal interest and emphasis is on integrating her vast somatic experience
as an avenue of personal transformation into the Enneagram Tradition. Through accessing the sub- and unconscious patterns in the somatic structure one can renegotiate and relax fixated and or outdated responses in all three centers. This can aide the transformation process of each personality type and relax the character structure
in its core organization.

Peter O'Hanrahan is a counselor and body therapist in the San Francisco Bay Area. He has been practicing psychology and bodywork for 30 years, and he has been applying the Enneagram to his personal life and professional practice since 1978. He regularly teaches and writes about the Enneagram & Somatics, the Instinctual Subtypes, and the Enneagram in the Workplace. He presented on these topics at the 1994, 1997, and 2000 IEA conferences. He is certified as an Enneagram teacher with the Palmer/Daniels Enneagram Professional Training Program, where he serves as director of typing internships.

Trisha Baker has been studying and practicing Body Talk for 4 years and has completed all the training modules including the advanced level “PaRama” .She has integrated this system into her Physical Therapy sessions which include massage, acupressure and craniosaceral therapy.
